My name is Omotola Akindipe and I am an external relations and communications professional. I did not always have a camera, so most of my pictures were taken with different brands of smartphones that I have had over the years from the Motorola Moto E3 to the Samsung Galaxy S23+, which is my current phone.

I like to take ‘normal’ pictures; pictures that can be used in any setting to promote a concept – cities, buildings, food etc instead of professional style pictures. I believe that this works particularly well with mobile photography. I have a lot of humanitarian pictures, especially with my stint at UNHCR. However, in 2019, I bought a Canon DSLR to enhance my photography and display more emotions that come from capturing scenes, food and people.
